In 1998 Ted Marquis, Sr. and his wife Rose, lifetime residence of Yakima, started his general contracting business, Wide Hollow Development, LLC, which owns and operates Creekside Business Park. The development consists of 40+ acres and 15 first class professional commercial and medical buildings totaling in excess of 167,000SF. Today, Trent Marquis, son of Ted, Sr., manages a full-time on-site construction and property team that provides management services with a friendly and personal touch. The team not only maintains the appearance and operations of our spaces and properties, but are in constant contact with the tenants to ensure success of their businesses. Our team consists of skilled electricians and carpenters, landscaping specialists, laborers and a property management team.
